KPMG estimated the value of the construction industry in India at $1 trillion within the current decade - and we estimate that approx. 40% of that value is addressable spend that can be executed through XPD8. According to McKinsey, the sector (at a global level) is already in “a perfect storm. Industrialisation, globalisation, and digitalisation have been key drivers of change in all industries, and whilst this has happened in waves in other industries, for construction all of these drivers are now hitting the industry simultaneously”.
