We analyse actual and real time data on all decisions that impact cost and performance, including live tracking of order call-off, supplier response, supplier delivery performance, and decision-making behaviour.

The data gathered is fed through from each of the stakeholders, and the system learns how to improve, support and enable better future decisions and behaviours.
