XPD8 has a team of experienced construction supply chain experts who can engage with organisations to help them identify how to recognise where the cost opportunities exist using our tools, and how to use those tools to improve results. This tends to be most relevant to the very large organisations who have multiple projects and large control functions.

The process involves a series of deep dive analyses - reviewing data from each control system, and engaging with each area of the business - at site, in stores, in the purchase department and with finance - to get a full understanding of the practical realities and challenges each faces. This process is led by us without disrupting the current practices and systems, and culminates with the presentation of findings in a workshop, where we identify and agree on how we capture the cost opportunities through the digital tool suite.
